Every Feature, In One Place

Everything You Need to Collect, Act On, and Grow from Customer Feedback

No add-ons, no hidden tiers for the basics — every plan gets all 10 question types, questions that show or hide themselves, forms your customers can answer as a chat, your own customer list, real-time alerts, review invites, multi-language surveys, and the full toolkit below.

Certified to ISO 9001? ISO 9001 customer satisfaction maps these features to clause 9.1.2 and the evidence your auditor asks for.

The five that matter on day one

Start here. Everything below is there when you need it.

A QR code or a link

Customers answer in seconds at the counter, on the receipt or from a message. No app, no login.

The reason, not just the score

A low score can open a “What went wrong?” question, so you learn what to fix. The ready-made forms come with it set up.

Told while it still matters

A browser notification when a response matches a rule you set, while you can still put it right.

More reviews from happy customers

Add your review link and everyone is invited to review you; your happiest customers are asked at the moment they are pleased.

Every branch, side by side

On Growth and above, each location has its own score, so you know where to act without visiting every one.

Everything else, in detail

Survey Building

  • 10 Question Types

NPS, CSAT and CES scoring across star, emoji and numeric scales, plus multiple choice, checkbox, text and number questions — mix and match to ask exactly what you need.

  • Automatic Follow-Ups On A Low Score

When a customer gives a low score, a follow-up question appears to capture exactly what went wrong. Most ready-made templates have it set up already, with an alert to you included, and the score that triggers it is yours to move — ask for a reason below 4 out of 5, or only below 2.

  • Ask Only What Applies

Show or hide any question based on how an earlier one was answered — a first-time customer never sees the questions meant for your regulars. One form adapts instead of five forms to maintain, and a hidden question never blocks anyone from finishing.

  • One Answer Opens The Next Question

A question that appears because of your rule can itself decide whether the next one appears. Ask "Was it the product or the service?", and only the answer they give opens the question about that. Each question still carries one simple rule — they just build on each other, so a form can go two or three steps deep without ever becoming a flowchart you have to maintain.

  • You Pick The Score That Counts As Bad

The score that opens a follow-up is yours to set, not a number we chose — below 4 out of 5, only below 2, or half a star either side on a star rating. What counts as a disappointing visit for a premium service can be a perfectly good one for a quick, low-cost one, and the form should not pretend otherwise.

  • Ten Ready-Made Questionnaires

Start from a written questionnaire instead of a blank page — one for any business, plus restaurants and cafés, hotels and resorts, schools, three for therapy practices and three for hospitals. They arrive in English, most with the low-score follow-up and its alert already set up, and they arrive switched off, so you read it over and turn it on when you are happy with it.

  • Reusable Answer Options

Save multiple-choice and checkbox options once, then reuse and auto-complete them across every questionnaire — so the same answer is worded the same way on every form, with no retyping and no inconsistent lists.

  • Multi-Language Questionnaires

Translate every question with a side-by-side editor, so every customer can respond in the language they’re most comfortable with.

  • One-Time-Use Links

Each invited customer gets a link that closes the moment they answer, so every response counts once and a forwarded link cannot be answered twice.

  • Chat or Classic, Per Questionnaire

Choose how each questionnaire is answered — a regular form, one question at a time, or a chat where questions arrive as messages. It is one dropdown while you build, and every other choice you made — questions, conditions, languages, branding — carries over untouched.

  • Live Brand Preview

See exactly how your colors and branding will look to customers while you build, not after you publish.

  • Pause a Form, Retire a Question

Stop accepting responses for a season without deleting anything, and retire a question you have outgrown while every answer it already collected stays intact — and your past NPS, CSAT and CES scores stay exactly as they were.

Distribution & Collection

  • Answer It Like a Chat

Switch any questionnaire to a chat and your questions arrive one message at a time, with each answer sent back like a reply. The same questions, in the same order, landing in your dashboard as the same data — it just reads like a conversation instead of a form.

  • Print It Once, Ask Every Customer

A print-ready QR code for the counter, the receipt or the waiting area, so a customer can tell you something in the few seconds they are already standing there.

  • Website Embed

Drop a simple iframe snippet into your site to embed a full questionnaire, restricted to the domains you approve.

  • Floating Feedback Widget

Add a floating feedback widget to any page with one script tag — no developer needed beyond copy-paste.

  • Feedback Only From the People You Invited

Limit a questionnaire to the customer, member or booking numbers you load, and create private links for all of them at once — then send them by message, email, or print, whichever channel you already use.

  • One-Tap WhatsApp Send

Every private link comes with a WhatsApp button. Press it and WhatsApp opens with that customer’s own link and your message already written — from your own number, so it looks like you. You read it and press send.

  • Email Survey Invitations, On Request

Send your questionnaire out by email to a list of customers, at no extra cost on plans that include it. Access is granted per account rather than switched on by default — you ask, we enable it. Daily and monthly sending limits apply and vary by plan; you will see your own in the Invitations menu once you are signed up.

  • Short, Scannable Links

Private links are a fraction of their old length, so they sit on one line in a message instead of sprawling across the screen — and they scan reliably as a QR code.

Customer Records & CRM

  • Your Customer List, In One Place

Keep customers as whole records — name, mobile, email, username and your own reference id — so a number never drifts away from the person it belongs to. Records sit at one location or are shared across every branch.

  • Add by Hand, Paste, or Upload a CSV

Type a customer in, or paste a spreadsheet straight in. Rows are matched on your own reference id, so re-importing a list updates the records you already have instead of duplicating them — and a single bad row is reported rather than failing the whole import.

  • Let Your Own CRM Push Customers In

Your CRM can sync customers straight into your list over a secure endpoint with its own API key — shown once, revoked or rotated whenever you want. The key only ever writes into the account and location it was issued for.

  • One Link Per Customer, Used Once

Pick your customers and get exactly one link each — never a pile of combinations. Any link carrying a customer closes the moment it is submitted, so a forwarded message cannot be answered twice.

  • Addressed to a Real Person

Each link carries the customer’s real name and their saved mobile number, taken from the record itself — so whichever channel you send on, you are not guessing which saved field happens to be a phone number.

  • Feedback With a Name On It

Every response shows the customer it came from, and you can find it again by searching their name, mobile, email, username or reference id.

  • Deleting a Customer Never Rewrites History

Remove someone from your list and their outstanding links stop working immediately — while every response they already gave keeps its attribution. Tidying the list never quietly anonymises your feedback.

Real-Time Alerts & Recovery

  • Instant Push Notifications

Set an alert on any score threshold with a follow-up question — the moment a customer's NPS, CSAT, or CES score crosses it, a push notification lands on your phone or computer. No app to install.

  • Every Alert Waits in the Bell

Browser notifications can be switched off, silenced or simply missed, so every alert also lands in the alert bell at the top of your dashboard. A badge counts the new ones, the list shows your most recent alerts with the questionnaire, the location and what triggered it, and one click opens its follow-up. An alert stays there until someone records what was done, and branch managers see only their own branches.

  • Alert On The Answer, Not Just The Score

Be told when someone picks a specific answer — "Waited too long", "Nobody helped me" — even when their overall score looked fine. A customer can rate you 4 out of 5 and still tell you something is broken.

  • You Set What Is Worth Interrupting You

Decide the score that counts as bad for your business and which answers you want to hear about. One notification per response, however many of your rules it matches — signal, not noise.

  • The Alert Uses The Same Rule You Already Wrote

Tick one box on a rule and a matching answer notifies you. There is no separate alert threshold to keep in step — the number you already chose for that question is the number that alerts you, so the two can never quietly drift apart.

  • Record What You Did About It

Write what you did straight onto that customer’s response — who rang them, what was agreed, whether it is sorted. Every entry is dated and carries the name of whoever wrote it, and nothing overwrites anything, so the history stays readable months later instead of collapsing into a single "resolved" tick.

  • You Cannot Close It Without Saying What You Did

Marking a follow-up finished needs a note. It is the one place we deliberately make you type something — a status that says "dealt with" and nothing more is exactly the record that turns out to be worthless when somebody asks what happened.

  • A Queue Of What Is Still Open

One list of everything waiting on you: what alerted and has not been dealt with, plus anything you picked up yourself. Hand one to a branch manager and it is theirs. If you would rather read every response than be interrupted, start a follow-up on any response by hand — you do not need alerts switched on to use this.

Reputation & Reviews

  • Automated Review Invites

After leaving feedback, every customer is invited to post a public review on Google, Facebook, or your preferred platform. We ask everyone; your happiest customers just get asked louder.

Analytics & Reporting

  • NPS / CSAT / CES Dashboard

Track all three metrics with date-range and questionnaire filters, so you always know where you stand.

  • Pie & Bar Charts for Every Choice Question

Every multiple-choice and checkbox question gets its own chart — a pie by default, or switch it to bars. Counts and percentages are printed, not just colored, and options nobody picked still show, because a zero is a finding too.

  • Response Rates You Can Trust

We record the difference between a question someone saw and skipped and one they were never asked. Your per-question response rate is measured against the people who actually saw it, instead of being flattered by everyone it was correctly hidden from.

  • The Full Story Behind Any Score

Open any single response and see every answer that customer gave, on one screen — so a 2 out of 5 comes with whatever reason they gave, not just its number.

  • Test Freely, Then Wipe the Test Data

Try your own form, submit dummy answers, then delete the test responses in one click. Your real numbers stay clean.

Data & Export

  • CSV Export

Export any date range of responses to CSV, ready to open in Excel or Google Sheets for deeper analysis or reporting. What you did about each one comes out in the same file, beside the score that prompted it, so the record of the problem and the record of the fix never live in two places.

  • Bulk Link Export

Export every bulk-generated link to CSV for distribution or record-keeping, so you can hand the whole batch to whoever does the sending — with an optional ready-to-use WhatsApp column when that is the channel you send on.

  • Read-Only REST API

Let your own systems read your questionnaires and responses — for a reporting dashboard, a data warehouse or your CRM — using API keys you name and revoke yourself. Available on request on Growth and above plans. Publicly documented, with an OpenAPI description to build against.

  • Webhooks

Have your server told the moment a response arrives or matches an alert rule, instead of checking for new ones. Every request is signed, failed deliveries are retried for about a day, and a delivery log shows what was sent. Available on request on Growth and above plans.

Team & Access Management

  • A Login for Each Manager, Showing Only Their Branch

Each manager deals with the complaints at the locations they run, and you still see everything across the account.

  • Billing and Settings Stay Yours

Managers see a simpler menu: billing, settings and account-wide options are hidden from them automatically, so nobody changes what they should not.

Multi-Location

  • One Form, Every Branch

Build a questionnaire once and serve it at as many locations as you like, instead of rebuilding it per branch. Every response stays attributed to the branch it came from, so your per-location numbers stay accurate — and each branch can still check its own list of customer or member IDs without affecting the others.

  • Add Locations as You Grow

Each location gets its own public review link, its own customer or member ID lists, and its own colours. Compare them all from one dashboard.

  • Cross-Location Comparison

Filter the dashboard by location to compare performance and spot which branch needs attention.

Customization & Branding

  • Looks Like You, Not Like Us

Your colours on every form, so customers recognise it as yours and trust it enough to answer honestly. Set them once for the account, or give a location its own look.

  • Set Your Look Once

Save a theme once and use it for the whole account or for any branch, instead of picking colours again each time.

Security & Trust

  • Bot & Spam Protection

Cloudflare Turnstile filters out bots and spam before they reach your dashboard, so your scores rest on real customers.

  • No Accidental Double Submissions

A customer who taps submit twice, or reopens the same link a few hours later, gets a short wait message instead of quietly creating a second response — so one visit counts once in your scores. On a shared tablet the wait is tracked per customer, so the next person in the queue is never locked out by the last one.

  • No Personal Details in the Link

A customer’s name or phone number is never part of the web address, so it can’t be read off a forwarded message, a browser history, or a screenshot.

  • Customer Records Treated as Personal Data

A response tied to a named customer is automatically marked as containing personal data, and a data request from that person still finds it — so the CRM side of your account is covered by the same tooling as the rest.

  • Cookies and Policy Changes, Handled Properly

Your customers’ feedback forms never load analytics, so they show no cookie banner to interrupt anyone. Our own site asks for consent by category (essential, functional, analytics), and when our Privacy Policy, Terms or Data Processing Agreement changes, you are asked to review and accept the new version.

  • Privacy & Consent Center

Customers and account users can manage processing and marketing consent, view consent history, and request account deletion.

  • GDPR / DPDP Data Request Console

Review and act on data subject requests — access, erasure, rectification, portability, objection, and more — from one dashboard.

Can you see how this would keep a customer you would otherwise lose?

Most unhappy customers never say a word. This gives them a private way to tell you, and you a chance to put it right.

If you were going to start hearing it first, when would be better than with this week's customers?
