How the pricing works
What counts as a response?
One completed submission of one questionnaire. The allowance is per billing period and resets with it. Test submissions are counted separately and can be purged, so trialling a new form does not eat your quota or skew your scores.
What does the questionnaire limit mean?
The maximum number of questionnaires that can exist on your account at once — not how many you may create over time. Unpublishing a seasonal form keeps its responses; deleting it frees the slot.
Monthly or annual?
Identical limits either way, except that the response allowance is counted over the longer period. Annual costs ten months of the monthly price, so you keep 2 months.
Which currency?
Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate if your card is in another currency.
Can I change plan later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you need the headroom, and your usage against every limit is shown on the Subscription page inside your account so you can see it coming.
How do I pay?
Self-service plans are card only, through our payment provider at checkout. Invoicing and bank transfer are available on a custom plan.
What happens when the trial ends?
Collection of new responses stops until you choose a paid plan. Nothing you have already collected is deleted, and your questionnaires stay exactly as you left them.

Response limits are per plan period. Questionnaire limits represent the maximum simultaneous surveys allowed on your account.
API access and webhooks are available on request on Growth and above. The account owner asks from Settings, and we enable them after a short review. See the API documentation.
