All industriesFor Any Business That Serves Customers

Know what your customers think —
before you lose them.

An unhappy customer who tells you is a problem you can fix. One who tells the internet is a problem you inherit. Give every customer an easy way to tell you directly — in seconds, wherever they already are — so problems reach you privately while there’s still time to fix them.

How It Works

Up and running in three simple steps

1

Ask

Build a short feedback form in minutes. No technical skills needed — if you can send a text message, you can do this.

2

Share it anywhere

A QR code, a direct link, or a widget on your website. Customers answer in seconds — no app, no account.

3

Act on it

See exactly who’s happy, who isn’t, and why — broken down however your business is organised. Fix what’s broken before it costs you the customer.

Rather not do it yourself? We'll set it up for you.

On every paid plan, setup is free. Create your account, choose Free Setup in your menu, and we'll get in touch. After a short call we build your forms, QR codes, links and alert rules, and you approve them before anything goes live. On the free trial, ask and we'll help where we can.

Three simple scores — the same ones enterprise companies use

The metrics that matter

NPS tells you who’ll recommend you and who’s about to leave. CSAT is your early-warning system when a dip flags a problem. CES shows exactly where customers give up — the strongest predictor of whether they come back.

Caught privately, while it’s fixable

When a customer gives a low score, the form automatically asks what went wrong — privately, while they still remember and still care enough to answer. You get the reason, not just the number, and a chance to make it right before it becomes a public complaint. A regular who buys from you twice a month is 24 sales a year; hearing in time keeps all 24.

The good reviews that never got written

When configured, every respondent — happy or not — can be invited to share their experience on your public review profile, surfacing the genuine positive reviews that were always there but never got posted.

What's Included

One tool, every kind of business

Segment feedback the way you think about your business

Break feedback down by location, department, product line, service type, team member, or any custom category you define. Stop guessing which part of the business needs attention: evidence, not gossip.

Every customer, in their own language

Build the same survey in any language your customers use, switchable on the form, so people answer honestly in the language they think in.

Real feedback, not noise

Built-in bot and spam protection, duplicate-submission controls, and one-time personal links for anything sensitive — so decisions rest on genuine responses, not manipulated ones.

Take your data with you

Full export to Excel or CSV whenever you need it — for board decks, deeper analysis, or your own reporting. Your data works for you.

Know how every location treats your customers

Without being in every one. Each branch gets its own QR code and score, compared side by side, and you get an alert when a response at any branch matches a rule you set. Each manager can have their own view while you keep the complete picture.

Privacy and compliance, handled

Feedback tied to a name, phone, or email is personal data — and privacy law already applies to your business. Built for GDPR and India’s DPDP: a ready-made data-request page, all nine legal data rights, and a full audit trail.

Not just the score

A customer can rate you 4 out of 5 and still tell you they waited too long. Set an alert on that answer and you’ll hear about it, even when the score looks fine.

Know it was handled

Hand a complaint to a manager. They can’t mark it done without writing what they did, and you can read it from anywhere.

Customer feedback: frequently asked questions

How many questions should a feedback form have?

As few as it takes to answer the question you actually have, which is often three to five. Customers see one question at a time, and a question that does not apply can be hidden based on an earlier answer, so each person sees only what fits them.

What is a good response rate?

There is no single benchmark worth quoting: it depends on the channel, the moment and the customer. What you control is asking at the moment of service, keeping the form short and requiring no app or login.

Measure your own and watch the trend. Per-question response rates are counted only against the people who actually saw each question, so a question hidden from most customers does not look ignored.

Do I need a separate form for each location?

No. Build the form once and share it to every location. Each location’s answers stay attributed to it, so you can compare branches side by side or filter to one, and a branch manager can be limited to their own location.

Do I have to write the questions myself?

No. Start from the ready-made general form, with the “what went wrong?” follow-up already written. It arrives switched off, so you can reword it before any customer sees it.

What is the easiest way to collect customer feedback?

Put a short form where your customers already are: a QR code at the counter or on the receipt, a link sent on WhatsApp after a sale, or a form embedded on your website. Keep it to three or four questions and ask right after the interaction. Customers answer in their phone's browser, with no app or account.

What is the difference between NPS, CSAT and CES?

CSAT measures satisfaction with a specific interaction ("How satisfied were you?"). NPS measures loyalty: how likely a customer is to recommend you, on a 0–10 scale. CES measures effort: how easy it was to get something done. Use CSAT for individual visits, NPS for the overall relationship, and CES for processes such as support or returns.

How many responses do I need for a reliable score?

More than most people expect. With a few dozen responses, treat the score as a direction rather than a precise number, because small samples swing by several points by chance alone. Compare periods with similar numbers of responses and watch the trend over months, not days.

How do I find out about unhappy customers quickly?

Set a rule, such as a satisfaction score of 2 or lower or a particular problem chosen, and you get a browser notification whenever a response matches it. Every response also appears in the dashboard as soon as it is submitted, so you can reach the customer while the problem is still fixable.

Can I use it for more than one location?

Yes. Each location gets its own QR codes, scores and public review link, and you can compare locations side by side. Staff accounts can be limited to specific locations. The number of locations depends on your plan.

Do customers need an account or an app?

No. Customers scan the QR code or tap the link, and the form opens in their phone's browser. There is no app to download and no sign-up.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. There is a 30-day free trial with no card required.
