Your school grades students every term.
Who grades the school?

Parents and students talk about your school every day — at the gate, in WhatsApp groups, at dinner. Turn that talk into a simple report card the school can actually see, discuss, and act on.

How It Works

Up and running in three simple steps

1

Ask

Make a short question form in minutes. No computer skills needed — if you can type a message, you can do this.

2

Share

A private link for each parent, or one QR code poster for a whole group. No app to install, no login.

3

Improve

Scores are calculated for you. See what’s working, fix what isn’t — and watch the trend every term.

Rather not do it yourself? We'll set it up for you.

On every paid plan, setup is free. Create your account, choose Free Setup in your menu, and we'll get in touch. After a short call we build your forms, QR codes, links and alert rules, and you approve them before anything goes live. On the free trial, ask and we'll help where we can.

Why It Pays Off

A simple report card, written by your parents and students

Happiness, Trust & Ease — calculated for you

The same three measures leading companies use, translated into school life: were you happy with the PTM, would you recommend us to another parent, how easy was admission and fees. No formulas, no spreadsheets.

When parents feel heard, everything changes

Concerns come to you privately — not to the parents’ WhatsApp group. A low score automatically triggers a “what went wrong?” follow-up, so you get the reason, not just the rating. A parent whose problem was fixed becomes your loudest supporter at the gate.

Proof your school keeps improving

Term by term, watch every score move — per class, division, or campus. Subject and teacher feedback shows where teaching shines and where support is needed, and lets you reward your best teachers with evidence, not impressions.

What's Included

One tool, the whole school

Ask exactly who you want

From the whole school down to one class, one division, one subject, one teacher. Point a survey at exactly the group you want to hear from.

Personal links that work once

Upload roll numbers or parent contacts and every family gets their own private link that opens once, then locks — one family, one answer, and you know exactly who still needs a reminder.

One QR for a whole group

Print one code on a poster or circular for annual day, PTM, the canteen, or the school bus — everyone scans the same code and answers in under a minute.

Every parent’s language

Make the same form in Hindi, Marathi, or any language your parents speak, so even the least tech-savvy grandparent can answer honestly.

Beyond the classroom

The same tool covers transport and bus routes, canteen and tuck shop, events, and even internal staff feedback — listening starts at home.

Student data, handled with care

Personal links can’t be shared onward, sensitive details get extra protection automatically, and it’s built for India’s DPDP and Europe’s GDPR, with a data-request page and records included. Parental consent stays with the school — see the questions below.

Not just the score

A parent can rate the term 4 out of 5 and still tell you the bus is always late. Set an alert on that answer and it reaches you, not the parents’ WhatsApp group.

Know it was handled

Hand a transport concern to whoever runs transport, and see what they did about it. It can’t be marked done without a note.

School and parent feedback: frequently asked questions

Can parent feedback be anonymous?

Yes. Share the form by QR code poster or one common link and a response carries no name, roll number or contact detail. Nothing ties it to a family unless one of your own questions asks for it.

Private one-time links are the opposite: each is issued to one family, so you know who answered and who still needs a reminder. Use them when you want to follow up with a parent, and the QR code when you want candour.

How is consent handled for students under 18?

The school collects it; the survey form does not. India’s DPDP Act requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before a child’s personal data is processed, and our terms require the same of every school using the service.

The simplest routes are to survey parents rather than students, or to run student surveys by QR code with no questions that identify the student. If you need identified student feedback, get consent first through your own admissions or parent communication. Take advice on your own situation; the DPDP Rules add detail beyond the Act.

How often should a school survey parents?

Once a term for the overall report card, plus a short form after specific events such as a PTM, admissions or annual day.

Short and regular beats long and annual: a three-question form after each PTM gives you a trend, and a trend is what shows whether a change you made actually worked.

Does it support ISO 21001?

It supplies the evidence, not the certification. ISO 21001 centres on learner and other beneficiary satisfaction, and a school working to it needs a defined, repeatable way to collect that. Termly surveys with dated responses, exported for any date range and campus, are that method.

No software makes a school ISO 21001 compliant; that is assessed by your certification body.

How can schools collect parent feedback?

The simplest way is a short survey that parents open from a link or QR code, shared on WhatsApp, in the school diary or at parent-teacher meetings. Keep it to three to five questions, ask right after a key moment such as a PTM or the end of term, and include one open question so parents can say what to improve.

What questions should a school ask parents?

Four or five is enough: overall satisfaction with the school, how well the school communicates, how their child is progressing, whether their child feels safe and happy, and one open question such as "What is one thing we should improve?" Add a question about a specific event when you want feedback on it. The ready-made school template gives you a starting set you can edit.

Can we compare feedback across branches or grades?

Across branches, yes: each branch is a location with its own QR code and scores, and you can compare them side by side. For grades or sections within a branch, generate a separate link for each grade, and every response arrives tagged with the grade it came from.

Can students give feedback too?

Yes. For students under 18, we recommend keeping it anonymous: use a shared QR code or link and don't ask for names, roll numbers or contact details. That keeps the survey simple and avoids collecting children's personal data, which India's DPDP Act treats with extra care. Keep the questions short and suited to the students' age.

Can parents answer in Hindi or Marathi?

Yes. The school template comes ready in English, Hindi and Marathi, and you can add other languages up to your plan's limit. Parents choose their language on the form, and every language feeds the same scores.
